    Asus k550vx dm108t replacem?

    Hi all'
    Bought a good Asus k550 dm108t laptop and this is very good!!
    But the screen.... the screen its like watching a mirror while sunlights are reflexting in it.
    Colors son poor viewing angle is Crazy poor
    I Just dont know why they keep put thoose screen so poor on laptop that cost 800€.
    Anyway i would like to change the screen that seeem to is a TN panel, to a IPS panel
    I only know that i have a 1920x1080 15'6 screen.
    Is it possibile?

    yes it's possible.

    or you can buy a matte static cling (non adhesive) film to put over the screen to remove reflections.

    A cheap free hack I use is to use a clear plastic grocery bag from the supermarket, and just lay it over the screen. The static makes it stick, and no reflections.

    Ok guys
    I do not need warranty. I bought this so recently but FK warranty i want to change this "screen" or mirror IF i can call it xD;!
    Can u advice me in the buy a good replacem plz? I dont know where to start
    What i have to give u?
    My model is k550vx dm108t- 15'6 FULL HD

    Check the connector and see what screen is supported - only certain screens will work and even then you may lose some features like brightness control

    A user upgraded their Dell 7559 screen and lost brightness control. I've heard of people not being able to adjust resolution - the reason is that the machine was not designed to run with that hardware so the firmware may not fully recognize it.

    Okay, even IF i install on it a differenti os like Hackintosh or Sierra osx, May i Will bè able to do?

    Don't open it up - look it up on the internet first - it's easier that way and you are not risking damage - those cables are extremely fragile.

    Yesterday before posting here, i searched a lot in Google for Asus k55vx screen info, screen replacem, screen connector but i cpuldnt find anything except this video
    But this is X550 serie not K550

    That is not like mine for the HD ready resolution
