My touchpad suddenly stopped working just a bit ago. When I try to move it, it moves erratically, if at all. This is only happening when the power cord is plugged in. I've tried plugging it in different outlets in the house, and that works sometimes, but I'd really like to get it working in my room.

Mouse pads are sensitive to EM interference, I would check your electrics or the brick as that is a bad sign.

Also, I just realized that when I have it plugged in, my TV gets fuzzy. No idea how that happens.

That sounds like your brick is emitting large amount of electrical noise and is either a fake or damaged.
