    Asus n53s BD-ROM shows any dvd as blank?!?

    I faced this problem lately that whenever I put a disk in to blu ray rom it just shows it as blank disk. I can hear the sound of reading the dist by BD-ROM but when I want to open it from MY COMPUTER it says that it's blank. what's the problem? is my BD-ROM dying?!

    Before you go and buy a new Blu ray player, I would attempt to reinstall the drivers for the optical bay and see if that adjusts anything there on the reader.
