    I feel stupid but I can't seem to get the asus subwoofer to work anymore after I unplugged it.. xD! Some help would be greatly appreciated!

    You disconnected it from the board? If yes: did you check for any damage to the connector or cable?

    Did you delete your RealTek driver? If so, that could be causing it to not work anymore.
