    Hi everyone.
    I need a laptop for my interior design course and my school is offering T420 at a very tempting academy price for students.
    I will be using programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Illustrator regularly.

    Such are the specs;
    Do you think it's suffice? :)
    Thank you.

    The N55Sl will suffice, but if you have a good deal on the T420 with the nVidia Quadro, i'd take the T420 as it's more sturdy even though it looks a black square box.

    If you want more laptop options, you can in the What Notebook Should I Buy section.

    Thank you for the opinion given! :)
    Seemed like many is suggesting I should get the T420 > W520 FHD > W520 HD.

    Just a question, won't the small resolution 'hurt'?

    please answer me this. Where on earth did you get an N55SL with a 7200 RPM HD? Newegg says it's 5400 :(

    Hi! I'm also interested to get an Asus laptop for interior design. Would the U46SV be good? :)
