    Hi.

I bought in February an Asus N76V with the follow characteristics:

    CPU Intel Core i7 - 3630QM, 2.4GHZ
    Memory 16GB
    HDD 1TB
    Nvidia Geforce GT 650M
    and a 17.3" HD+ (1600x900)/Full HD (1920x1080)/Wide View Angle LED Backlight screen.

After a few weeks I started noticing a white spot on the right side of the screen, that can only be seen in black scenarios and if the user is on viewing the notebook from the right side (like you can see in the pictures)

One other thing that started to happen is that the notebook over-heats when i'm playing some kind o videogame (for example GTAIII or Dead Space2) and then completely blocks.

I contacted Asus Suport and they will be coming to my home to pick up my notebook.

I'm Portuguese and in here this computer costs 1300euros wich is a lot of money. This is the first Asus I bought i would like to know what is your experience with Asus Support in sorting this tipe of matters and what do you think of my problem. Any advice is welcome and i would be very gratefful for it.
Sorry my bad English. But has I said before, I'm portuguese and it's hard for me to express myself in this languages.
