    Hi everyone,

I just bought an ASUS N81VP-D2 and the company I bought it from asked me whether I wanted to purchase the dead pixel warranty which means I'll be able to get a replacement if there are any dead pixels on the laptop. This warranty is $68CDN. Is it worth it? Or should I just stick with the normal dead pixel policy stating I can get a replacement if there are more than 6 dead pixels on the screen? Need quick replies, thanks!

Thats more of a personal prefrence. I personally wouldnt go with it, most times dead pixels arent easily seen. But if your going to be using it in a public place and stuff alot, may be a good idea.

Why bother? Asus offers a 30 day dead pixel guarantee for free.
