Has anyone with a w3j used asus pc probe? I didn't have it on my w3j I don't think and I tried to download it (not from the asus site) and install but it wouldnt let me because of my bios. This was version 22502. I looked for it on the asus site but could't find it.
    thanks

Some versions don't work on some machines. Look at your drivers disc under additional software.. I don't know why, but sometimes they include a version for you in there and sometimes not..... at least when they include it, that version should work.

When it works, it's a good program..... but there are others out there you could use to do the same thing if you wanted.... this forum should be full of people could will throw suggestions at you.

thanks for the reply- I checked my cds but it's not there. But when I look in my asus folder in program files there is an asus probe folder with the file "DeIsL1.isu"--- no idea what this is, no asus probe program tho. I guess the w3j doesn't support it which is too bad because wanted a monitoring program that would do gpu, fan speeds, cpu, and HDD all in one. I am not aware of any program that does all this stuff.
    thanks

speedfan didnt work on my w3j and apparently it can really screw things up. Everest I tried but I don't recall it giving me the gpu temps or fan speed. Maybe I wasnt using the right version of speedfan? which one works with the w3j?
    thanks
