Maybe it's a driver issue. Did you download the newest drivers from the ASUS website?
-
yeah , i have installed the new bios but nothig .. is a problem of every model of r1f and r1e..asus sells this pc with that problem..

Install the latest/newest drivers from ASUS. Updating the BIOS most likely will not help nor hurt it...I think.

already did .. new bios new driver .. put low the brightness but nothing..the problem is , if asus keeps to release a bugged pc , they are able to fix it ?

This looks like a problem caused by a hidden window of some ASUS applications; upper-left corner suggests the ATK OSD utility (the one that paints the icons for the volume up.down etc). Trouble: I think in WinXP it's packaged with the ATK Hotkey, so removing ATK OSD also disables hotkey functionality. In Vista, they are two different utilities.
I would try to reduce running ASUS applications to a bare minimum and see if the problem goes away. If so, then I would re-enable useful applications one by one, and check for the problem every time. This way you should isolate the culprit. If it's not an essential utility, just keep it off and the problem is solved. Otherwise try updating/downgrading etc.
