    Hello all, I'm new to the forums and would just like to thank everyone in the community for all the great info and reviews for laptops. It REALLY helps!

    I was just wondering if anyone knew of a good retailer in San Francisco that carries Asus laptops. I'm from canada but will be visiting the states at the end of august for vacation with friends before heading off to college.

    With Asus it is mostly online. Most retailers dont usually invest in Asus for some reason, but the online resellers like gentech have great customer service.

    Central Computers sells Asus laptops... they have a few locations around the Bay Area including one in San Francisco. I haven't bought anything there... but I've been to the SF store and seen the Asus laptops there.

    Of course, online retailers are an option too.

    We are located in Fremont which is about 40-50 miles away from San Francisco. Items can be pickd up and inspected at our sales office. Thanks!

    That may be a little difficult for me to reach as I will be staying in a hotel and relying on public transportation to get around.

    WOW Sweet thanks for the info friend! I've only been to San Fran once when I was a child so I dont know anything about the city. When I get off is it difficult to reach the sales office?

    You might want to call EXcaliberPC first. It says on the site that their headquarters in in Fremont, but the address for the sales office is in Newark.
