Eddie: I also asked this in another thread, wasn't the S62J supposed to come with WXGA+ (1440x900) ? or is that just the Z62J?

Eddie, if you could check what the gpu is in the model you are using? the site says Nvidia go 7400, but kburst above, who received a black model EX (which is probably the same one) says its a 7300

Hey Eddie, how's the build quality on the s62j with that lined texture on the top of the lid? Maybe it's just my dumb preconceptions but it makes it look a little flimsy?
I can't get any straight answers out of the resellers here in Australia ...

Hey Eddie, have you done a battery test on the S62J yet? I know you think it'll be similar to the Z62f, but as we've seen with the new Z35f review, the graphics card can make quite the difference (30% more than the W7J with the same battery but without the Go 7400 gpu).

I would totally buy the S62J if it got the same battery life as the Z62f (4-5hrs).

I dont think it is the gpu. I belive it is the camera that makes the big difference. Will be running more tests on the w7j. I hear disabling the camera gives more battery life. Shall see

Hi Eddie. I was wondering if you could give us more information on the S62J. Is this basically an A8JM with a 7300 instead of 7600? I was leaning towards the A8JM but since I play only a couple of hours of games per week (if any) I fell that the 7600 is overkill. My main concern is that the 7300 will be under par for my on the average of 2 hours a week gaming lifestyle. Also, is this vid card replaceable?

Arg...I'm putting all my consideration in the vid card when all I really want is a laptop that gets the best of both worlds.

    Is this the one???
