Does anyone ever request helps from Asus's technical support?

What is the quality of their service?

The reason why I ask is because I dropped by other forums and it seems like big companies like Sony and Dell are really bad with support. So I am just curious about Asus's [:I].

Also, what is Asus's dead pixel policy. I know the V6V has the zero dead pixel policy. What about other models like W3v?

    Thanks
