    Hello, i have this notebook about since one mounth but i not have make the backup to recovery. Unfortunelly i must delivered one think for to make recovery. Nobody to you have this notebook and make me the recovery up one usb to 16 gb and send me to italy? I pay, is normal and pay other usb the shipping for italy. I have call assistance asus in italy, but this problem is my guilty, and i must pay for send in asus other 150 euro!! I think that this is a true not justice!! Not all can to be expert, is true? I ask help to you!! The model TX300-CA40006H is as the 4023h, but chance only for european country!! THANK'S. My mail is: [email protected] You can send me notice.

    A keyboard dock have own recovery partition. Power a notebook with F9 pressed until windows logo, and begin recovery process
