You will have to purchase a windows 7 32 bit disc in order to downgrade from 64 bit and reinstall a whole new operating system

Get the windows 7 x86 iso here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/win...-digitalriver-windows-7-sp1-13-languages.html, reinstall and activate using the key on the bottom of your laptop. Unless you need support for 16-bit, you can do anything that requires 32-bit in windows 7 64-bit as far as i'm aware. Even with older software that is 32-bit, if it doesn't like windows 7, running it in windows XP compatibility mode usually fixes the problem.
