    Hi all

First time poster so thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I had the UX31e ultraportable that got damaged. They are offering the ux305 instead.

I think they are trying to fleece me because:

My old machine was i7 processor.

It was 9mm at rear and 3mm at front, super thin.

    It had instant-on technology

It had 2 week standby time.

Oh and it had 256gb ssd and 4gb ram. Integrated graphics.

My question is, if I reject their offer, what laptop should I ask for?

My laptop was bought in 2012.

    Thanks again, Adi
