We have just bought the "old" ux31e.
My wife uses it, and sometimes the keyboard stops working. That is, only when trying to type in textboxes, not when writing in word or in the adress-line in ie9.
I expect the touchpad to be the problem, maybe she touches the pad together with a key? She strokes the keypad a lot while typing....
I can not find a key-combination to "unlock" the typing. I have disabled zooming from touchpad, but no use. I have to restart the machine for it to work. Then she types and surfes for a while, and suddenly typing stops working again.....
    Anybody has a solution?

    Thank you!
