    hi, i bought an ASUS UX32VD-3014H yesterday. (windows8)
    when i click on Shutdown, the display of my laptop is turned off, but the laptop is still
    running, and have to hold down the power button to turn off the laptop.
    Also there is problem with restarting. when i click restart, at first "restarting" writes on
    the screen, then black screen comes and it stucks here. the power light is still on but
    nothing happens after this.

    please help
