I own an Asus V6J and recently it has stopped turning on with my AC adapter. Instead, it blinks the battery indicator. I have 2 different adapters and both give me the same problem.

Previously when I was using a soldering iron that was connected on the same power strip as my Asus it caused this problem for a bit and i had trouble starting up my laptop. However, after i reconnected it a few times it started working.
This happened again with a different soldering iron that i was using a week later except this one got hotter, or used more power. My laptop hasn't charged since. I don't know if its really the soldering iron or not but it'd seem like it.
