I just bought my new G51Jx a little less than a week ago. I still haven't sent in my warranty card to register it yet. It asks to send the ORIGINAL sales receipt with it. Now I'm a bit hesitant on doing that, I'm gonna send it with a photocopied sales receipt, will that be ok?

You can either call Asus or send in a support ticket explaining the issue. They should be able to correct it.

    Cheesenium,

You have to purchase the global extended warranty from an authorized reseller within 60 days of your original purchase. You then have 180 days to activate that warranty. They will send you a little key inside of a package that you have to scratch off like a lotto ticket and enter in on the Asus warranty website.
