I have an asus x202e notebook pc that suddenly stopped charging from the ac adapter cable. The battery went to 0 % and now the pc is dead. I checked the ac power cable in a pc store, they told nothing wrong with the cable. So, whats wrong...?
I know this laptop is 5 to 6 years old and I will buy a new one. But, I have a few documents and pictures to keep. Anybody help me with a fully charged battery or a notebook to put my harddisk in, then I could backup my files and pics...?

Guessing either there's a short in the charging circuit or the DC jack broke off of the board. You can try and find a battery (don't think there are many to be had) or transplant the drive into another computer, but easier might just be to get a sata-usb adapter and copy files off that way.
