I hope this isn't old news, I didn't see anything here on it.
The latest version of EVGA Precision works great with the ION now. Before it only overclocked the level 3 clocks, not the 3D gaming clock speeds. But now it works perfectly as it should. I'm using it on my 1201N.
The best thing is that I finally get to uninstall the atrocity nTune/nVidia Tools.
Oh yeah, one other best thing... Now you can adjust your voltage but I haven't played with that too much, I'm just happy to get an easy, stress free OC on my ION.
Sorry, I don't know about ION2 so please report if it works there.

We cant get ION2 in the UK
you people in the US are so lucky we are stuck with the GMA 3150 which is pants. I was considering importing one but could have been burned by the tax man so didn't bother in the end.
The Eee Pc is still an awesome model though just wish I could pair my little duel core with something better.
Post some results if you could please I may consider importing one once the Ivy is launched and the new Atom replacement is released. -
I only have the ION and with that overclocked and the N330 dual core Atom set to 2.1GHz I was able to get just a hair under 2100 in 3DMark06. I play my MMO Fallen Earth at native res, distance sliders set to half and most details set at low or medium and get 25-35 FPS, perfectly playable.
I played the SWTOR beta on it as well and it actually was ok to play. I wouldn't want to do anything serious with it but running around doing low level quests it was fine.
Very impressive little machines when tweaked. -
I wanted it for just a few of the older games that required the extra graphics and mainly I wanted it to be able to run HDMI 1080p on my screen in my room
got crappy 1440x1024 with the VGA out.
Boooooo UK Asus. haha. Great little GPU for the smaller setups though +1 to Nvidia for that little GEM.
Attn: nVidia ION owners, new EVGA Precision works great.
