    The V6V listed on proportable is the same as the laptop in the trusted reviews link. The 0.9 inch thick is probably an exageration, it is really 1 inch or so. Also the 4.4 lbs is without a battery like artwjp said. Add 1 lb or so for the 8 cell battery.

    Yes... I forgot this morning!

    Anyway..... it's slightly less than 5.5 pounds with the biggest battery (and that comes standard).

    If you put the system on a table and measure up from the table, you're looking at about a little more than 1 inch thick..... that includes the feet, which usually aren't calculated when measuring thickness... so that .9 of an inch is probably pretty much on. I'm using a V6 right now and I don't think anyone (but maybe one or two of your) can say that right now.. so you'll have to take my word till someone else will verify for me.
