The next shipment of V6j's were to be coming in this Friday (they've been sold out for almost a week and half already). Asus just confirmed today that the ETA to them is the end of the month, which means we'll get them at the very end of the month, if not sometime in early May.

... That's what happens when you miss the first shipment........

    When you snooze you lose?

BTW Justin I hope you got my email, I just placed an order for the W3J again (today) and wanted to make sure you moved me up in the line since the last pre order.

Really don’t want to be like one of the people with the V6J…

I'm sure I did...... I noticed at the end of the day that almost all of the customers who should have reordered, did....

I can't say we'll run into the same situation with the W3j's, but only a single shipment of V6j's ever came in...... they lastest past the release day.... actually for a week or so.... but it's most likely going to be 45-50 days between those shipments..... if that happens with the W3, there are going to be some might pissed people out there.... however more W3's than V6's were ordered, but our advanced order of W3's is already about 5 times larger than that of the V6 last month.

Right now, I just really feel for those we had to contact to tell that that Asus moved the ETA on the V6j's and those people were ones who wanted to see what others had to say about the V6 when it was released. They had a hard time waiting till next week and now they're going to have to wait another 3-4 weeks....

Awwww. I feel so sorry for them. Perhaps they would consider the W3J instead?

****, that's too bad for the V6J guys, I'll be in the same position for the W3J (will be waiting until May/June to order). Well, at least the longer you wait, the greater the satisfaction when you finally open that package :p

Man, I picked a good time to decide on the V6j, shes in my hands, no waiting on it or the confusion for the W3j. Thanks Justin!

My v6j arrived Monday (I found a reseller that had 2 of them - I got half their on-hand inventory). This is an awesome computer...looks great...form factor...all the stuff that's already been discussed. If anyone is considering the v6j and wants specific feedback, feel free to send me a note.
