    battery calibration

    new battery is not charging via battery calibration from bios.

    after discharging via battery calibration step, about ten minutes later the orange light changes from constant orange to blinking orange.

    When i reseat battery, orange light stays solid and then changes to blinking after about ten minutes.

    any suggestions.

    What is the model number of your laptop?

    Is the replacement battery a genuine asus one or generic?

    Did you have problems with your old battery?
