Would anyone know why the two percentages in the above screenshot would be different? When the battery is fully charged, the lower percentage next to the battery icon is 99% while the other one is 100%. This happened just recently so I'm not sure how it happened.

Lately, I've been using the W3V fully charged with AC power plugged in until just yesterday. Do you guys think that was the problem?

I heard that Li-Ion batteries shouldn't be kept at a fully charged state for so long as well as fully discharging it.

On a side note, when I first got the W3V, I accidently chose the battery recalibration option in BIOS. I let it go for a bit, but it took too long so I held the power button down to turn it off. Note: there weren't any battery status offsets then, both were 100% then.

Last, but not least, this is probably towards Justin or any other reseller: if the offset continues to become greater, does the warranty cover the battery for the length of the warranty [2 years in my case]?

    Thanks in advance.

    OK nevermind about this.

I used up like 90% of the battery today to get it down to 10% and I just did a full charge. Now both are at 100%.
