    I just want to make sure everything is in order and this looks like it will run great and smooth and all that mumbo jumbo. I am ordering for Xoticpc.com as of now and this is the configuration I have set up.

    With those specs you should do fine in gaming. Just you may want to upgrade the ram yourself when you get the laptop or in the future just in case ;)

    He has a better HDD.

    I would only recommend 3GB of RAM (I don't know about XoticPC, but from Gentech it is cheaper than buying it yourself.)

    Also, Vista Business is the best of the Vista's, from my experience.

    they are a little upgraded from the base ones...i just wanted to make sure everything was in order and i didnt do anything stupid..i'm not as great as some people with technical talk.

    I'm selling mine on the B/S/T forums for 1700 shipped....

    Its practically brand new but doesn't have the 7200 RPM drive.

    Yea, and you can buy the 7200 RPM yourself for way less than the 400 dollar difference

    well the 3 GB ram is another 114 bucks. Is it worth it?

    wel i also added the Microsoft Office 2007 package which was like 250...can i get that cheaper elsewhere..it's the one with Excel, Word, PP, and Outlook, and publisher i think

    well i just remembered that my university sells them...and well i just got the best package which has...well everything...for 100 bucks. Sweet deal huh?

    Also, Mr. Sneis is selling a 2GB stick for the G1S for 90 bucks. So there is your upgrade to 3GB right there. =P

    yeah i can get the upgrade for 100 anyway, so that's prolly good enough as it is....and then i dont have to hastle and worry about it lol

    Well now i am wondering if I should buy Andrews for 1700 and just get the 2 GB stick from Mr. Sneis...that puts me at 1790 no tax and no shipping costs. The Harddrive wouldn't be upgraded but is that super crucial?
