Best CPU For The G51J-A1

I Would like some opinions on some CPU's I Do a lot of Video Editing Even 1080P HD.

I Am thinking like this

The i7-920XM OEM Version Safe way for High speed

The i7-820QM OEM Version also a Safe way for more Speed than Stock but less than the i7-920XM how ever also a lot less money and maybe more battery life 45W i7-820QM VS 55W i7-920XM not really essential at all but more of a bonus extra.

The i7 940XM Only available as a QS version from outside the US Clearly the fastest but Risky and expensive.
After searching google I only found them outside the US.
Has anyone here from the US owned a QS Version Laptop i7 Extreme CPU.
That they got from out side the US and that they had only good experiences or did it turn out really bad.

I really wanted to get some ideas and opinions on witch of these CPU's would be the fastest for things like 1080P Full HD Video Editing.

Also your opinion on how these would compare with my desktop class CPU the Q9650.
As that's what I used to have in my old C90P but the mother Board is dead. I don't know if it would be worth reviving just to get the faster Clock speed.

But Anyway any advice on what CPU is the best for the G51J-A1 Would Be Appreciated. Because it is true that although Speed is the number 1 top priority generally speaking. The other thing that's next would be stability. because lets face it speed gets you nothing if you keep on crashing and cant recover.
