This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Best place to order an Asus without being slammed by restocking fee if I had to return?

    I'm interested in grabbing one but the model I'm looking at -- n56vz -- isn't really found in retailers and I want to be able to buy at a place where I can get a safe refund if I return. Any suggestions?

    J & R seems promising but they do mention a possible restocking fee.

    I bought an HP Envy 14 from Amazon and was able to return it without a restock fee.
