Look at all those Asus, Windows, etc. stickers lining the bottom. What's the best way to get rid of them? I've heard that using isopropanol works well, but I don't want to stain or damage my notebook in the process. Is alcohol safe to use? Are there any other methods you guys know?

You can use a blowdryer and heat them up a bit before taking it off.

Do a search, I believe it's been discussed before.

Dust spray acually works to get the glue off after you peel the sticker too.

I would be careful that it doesn't take the finish off, but there is also a product available called "Goo Gone" that will make the "goo" "gone". It works quite well, but just test it to make sure it doesn't hurt the finish,

I think you can get Goo Gone at a pharmacy or hardware store, right?

personaly i like all these stickers (only the one wirh the processor name, the vga name, and the windows version, i do not like the one taht tell us about the acessories and all that stuff - usually the big ones!)
i really dont like the ideia of the c90 without any of these stickers!

Goo Gone should be available at a local walmart type store. I left three on my V6j, the Nvidia Sticker, Centrino Duo Sticker, and the Windows XP sticker.

Yeah I don't mind the Centrino, Vista, or nVidia stickers, but the big Asus ones are an eyesore.

I agree with ilikeicehockey, just use your fingernail. They don't really leave any residue.

Finger + Goo Gone, or even more old fashioned... time!

I've had the same bottle of Goo Gone since as long as I can remember. Awesome stuff (and it smells good :O)

peel em off, then take another piece of tape and start dabbing at the residue, it should come off.
