    Black screen

    I have a serious problem and I guess I'll have to RMA it.

    My screen stays black and won't come on at all. Boots fine into windows and everything but no screen. Very frustrating.

    Loose cord? Can I fix or would it void warranty?

    IF you use an external monitor or TV does the display work? Also what model do you have?
