    Hi there

I've just taken delivery of an Asus M70VM and I'm wondering what bits of bloatware I can get rid of?

Two in particular (Asus LiveUpdate and something for the Bluetooth) are bothering as they start at startup and sit in the tray and I don't want them to but I can't find any options to stop them starting at startup, not in the apps themselves or in msconfig.

Please could someone who knows what they're doing advise me on what I should and shouldn't uninstall as I'd rather not do a clean install because I spent all day yesterday installing all my apps...

Thanks in advance for any advice on this. :)

Have a look at my Vista optimization guide, it lists some bloatware that can be removed, and also what functionality, if any, you lose by removing it.
