    Hello all

I'd like to share this experience in the hope that it might save someone lots of frustration and hair-pulling.

    What happened:

Laptop working fine last night and I took it to work to do a presentation. No prob so far.

After the presentation, I went back to my office and when I try to use my bluetooth mouse...nothing. I checked device manager and there is no bluetooth device listed.

I did all the obvious t/shooting like try to reinstall drivers...no way as the hardware is not there....

Did a restore to the day before yesterday.....still the same..no BT.

Tried the Fn F2 method...still no go. The wireless LAN was showing as OFF but I thought that was to be expected since I was on a cabled connection.

    Hmmmmm.....still nothing.

All of a sudden, the Aha! moment..

Just for fun, I checked the wireless switch at the front of the laptop and Voila!! I had inadvertently pushed it over to the off position when I took the laptop out of the bag. Doh!!!

Simple as turning this back on, everything back on line.

I hope this little snippet helps someone out there.

    Regards
