I uninstalled the Wireless Console cos I thought it was useless. So I re-installed it to use bluetooth, but there is no option for bluetooth, just asks if I want wireless LAN on or off and when I try to install bluetooth it says connect the device.
Any suggestions?

Try removing the bluetooth driver and re-installing, the wireless console as to be installed prior to a number of drivers for them to work correctly, the bluetooth being one of them.

Where can the bluetooth driver be found to uninstall it? And when I try to install it says "plug in bluetoooth device". I don't understand!

Usually under bluetooth in device manager. It would be the broadcom drive, click on it, click on driver and then on uninstall. Reboot, re-install the Console, then re-install the broadcom driver. Reboot and see if the bluetooth is working.
