I have two or three operating setups that I want to run in with the W3J (which I plan on purchasing soon).

    1. I want to use it to run a mobile audio workstation configuration where I run ProTools to do harddisk recording... This requires running a clean boot with almost no processes running and set to prioritize background tasks (server like config).

    2. I want to run a low power low battery usage configuration for the road for normal business apps and wireless Internet access.

    3. Gaming and possibly OC'ing the CPU and or GPU.

If I want to switch between more than one configuration do I need to partition my harddrive to multiple bootspaces? Can I load different BIOS and Windows registry versions? Do I use Norton Ghost or something equivalent to back up and load different HD images? What would be the best way to manage the choice of configuration for the computer depending on the app? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
