    Has anyone else bought a UL50VT and their backlights mysteriously stop working? and a new screen doesn't fix? well i've been told this is a problem with nvidia and their chipset.

    This makes me upset because Nvidia caused my previous laptop to break too. some soldering issue on gpu on a compaq. :(
