I've had this A8Js for about a year, and never had any problems with the touchpad until recently.

Now, the cursor seems to randomly get a mind of its own and start jumping around the screen for short periods of time. It will do this even if I completely remove both my hands from the laptop (so no possibility of accidentally brushing it or anything).

Note that I have noticed this behavior in both Windows and Linux (and a couple of different distributions of Linux), so it makes me think that this is a hardware problem. The only way to get rid of it is to plug in a USB mouse and disable the touchpad.

Anyone else have an issue like this?
