I bought a barebones laptop and I was wondering if the badge goes facing you with the laptop closed or opposite you, so when it is open, it is in the upright position. I have looked at photos and seen it both ways. I was wondering of the position of the pre-builts. Also, it only came with one for the cover, but it appears that there is a space for another under the open lcd. I was wondering where to get a second one. Thanks, Anna.

I'm sure if you ask one of the resellers on this forum nicely, they'll mail you one.

As for which way it should face...that's totally up to you. The trend nowadays is that the badge should read properly when the lid is OPEN... (so upside down when facing you if the lid is closed)

Hahaha. Anna this has been discussed before and nobody knows.

I guess it's personal preference. I have mine facing me when the lid is closed, while others have it the other way around. I kinda like it facing me when it's closed.

Yes you can ask your reseller for stickers they get them by the bunch so I'm sure they'd be happy to send you one, or a few.

You could put the badge sideways to accomodate both rightside up and upside down. Of course then it's not correct either way, but instead equally incorrect both ways.

Or just write your name on a piece of plastic, the same size, write your name(or whatever) on it, and put it there :p
