    Buying C90 frin BTO Tech

    Hi,

    I placed my order for my C90S from BTO Tech middle of last week. The only confirmation I received was from a private email address that read "thanks (enter) how were you referred?" Exact quote, also included was BTO's signature.

    How do I check the status of my order? Do they update you by email?

    Any help is very much appreciated. This is my first time shopping with them, and based on my initial impressions, I'm a little nervous.

    well, from reading here... nobody indicates btotech as one of the bad ones. In fact, people say they're one of the reliable ones. try to search further... complete contact numbers are in their website, FAQ section.

    Send them an email or do the live chat during weekdays. Also, if you look at their website, they have AIM/MSN/Yahoo/Email for contacts (top left side of their home page). Don't worry, I've heard nothing but good things about Eddie and BTOtech.

    lol i ordered a c90s a month ago from btotech - shipped the very next day, i ordered 48 hour turn around though and had overnight shipping so i had it in 2 days :)

    they are ALWAYS available on AIM and will help any problems ever, though i didn't really have any.
