    Today, my screen decided to give itself a divit on the right side. Has Anyone else had to have their screen replaced by gentech, and how long did it take?

    You probably directly should send it to Asus, because that's what gentech will do once they get it.

    Asus will either chang it, or send you a new unit (so that's why you must remove ALL componnents before sending it :) )
