Using CPU-Z, Standard, Gaming and Overclocking mode sets a vcore of 1.213v to the CPU in the 9x multi. However, Core Temp reports a vcore of 1.325v. Which one is to be believed? I'd like to know :D

To expand, using RMClock with the CPU manually set to mobile, I can select 1.050v and 1.075v and it switches correctly and reads in CPU-Z like normal. However, if I change it to desktop manually, I can select 1.1625v as my lowest (Core Temp reads this VID) and 1.325v as my max (Core Temp ALSO reads this change).

    HOWEVER

CPU-Z still reads 1.050 when set to 1.1625 and 1.213 when set to 1.325v. Which program should I believe?

Edit Edit: Here is some more information. Based on Core Temps reading with RMClock setting 1.1625v, Core Temp reads only 1.1625 and Orthos loads up the CPU to about 72C: http://www.distantnexus.net/images/computers/1625x9.jpg

K, now also based on Core Temps readings with RMClock setting 1.325v, Core Temp reads 1.325v when loaded up with Orthos, leaving the CPU to about 81C: http://www.distantnexus.net/images/computers/1325x9.jpg

So its obvious the voltage is changing, but to what? CPU-Z isn't reading it correctly, it seems to think its Merom despite it saying its a Conroe.

There is no real way to tell for sure unless the software specifically supports the mobo, and the C90 is so small on the map of computers that there probably isnt any.

If I had to pick one tho I like Cpu-Z its very refined.
