I've never noticed them until about 2 weeks ago. Now it's getting on my nerve. There's black bar (par of the screen no being part of the actual screen) on everyside, except the upper part of the left-up corning fits perfectly. I don't think that's normal since the bars aren'r right. The bottom is ~4mm so it's pretty thick.
Is it my screen messed up or what? Me noticing it coincides with me installing the 177.xx drivers and being able to rescale the screen on my CRT HDTV.

Do you see the black bars on your external screen?
I suggest you boot Windows in Safe Mode and if the black bars disappear it's most likely a driver problem. -
The default image on my external screen is bigger than the screen itself and not really well centered so when I adjust it, I do have a little on on the bottom and at the right. I'll try that, I have a linux live CD near me. Thanks
EDIT: Same, even when the screen is closed, the black bars are really black while in front of light, the rest is greenish. It might be done like that, but I've never noticed it and it's kinda big.
You don't see it on the picture but the bottom bar is at least 2-3 times larger than the left one.
