    Hi Guys,

Its been all working fine and all of sudden my bluetooth decided to stop working. whenever i start the bluetooth from toshiba bluetooth manager, it says please plug in bluetooth device and click ok button.

I downloaded the latest drivers did not work. then i rolled back to old driver. same thing.. what can i possibly do.. interestingly if i plug in the logitech cordless mouse. it works.. gees now i cant remember if it is bluetooth one or not.. but nonetheless the main issue is that the bluetooth is giving this error.. I have attached a screen shot..

in the device manager, it says Bluetooth RFcomm and Bluetooth USB BT-183 are working fine. i even disabled them. installed the asus wireless console and then enabled them but no result.. same story...

    please help...

Download a program like driver cleaner and use it to wipe all drivers that are associated with bluetooth software-hardware. Do this once you have uninstalled the drivers via windows uninstall.

If this fails then the next step is to fresh install windows.
