    I didnt see it there, oh well I have it downloading now at just about 200kb/s at gamershell.com

    I look forward to it but I can go play team fortress 2 or something to pass the time.

    Its using dx9 coding from what I read, wich is good IMO it means better performance.

    downloading now at a constant 150kb/s, don't your ISP's have a games network with these demos hosted? Mine does I just download from them and I don't get charged usage either :D

    great games. Though I never was a fan of unreal, the coding and optimization is great. COD also runs great and was very intense.

    D'oh!! I just un-installed it after playing it for about 15mins, I really remembered why I didn't play UT too much at all.

    @ 1580x1050 it didn't seem to bad say mid settings, but nowhere as well as QW Et runs at that res.

    1680x1050 has a problem, there is so much of a mouse lag that i cant clikc ACCEPT in the requiered time. 1280x800 here igo =/

    hey what drivers are you guys using? Im using the 163.16 driver and the game runs like trash on my c90s. I heard the new drivers are poor for the c90s from someone on here is that true?

    also JCMS go into options and turn off mouth smoothing and it should help your problem

    The 163.75 drivers caused my games to have a weird fps lag. The fps would jump around all over the place even if i was just standing and looking at wall. Wonder why.. hmm

    Maybe becaus I'm on x64, wich isn't the same drivers as x86 :)

    max 1680x1050 works nicely, could use GDDR3 though (i.e, textures take like 10 seconds to appear correctly ?)

    Same thing happens on the xbox 360 for gears of war. Thats the Unreal 3 engine doing its job. its using multi layers of textures and bump mapping. Takes the strain off the CPU and GPU. Thats why it runs so smooth and looks so good.

    I don't think 32 vs 64 effects fps that much but maybe the combination if 64 and the new driver increases it I don't know lol

    That could be. But man, it's night and day on my 32 bit Vista between 'stock' and LV2Go drivers. Oh well, I'll keep trying new ones till I hit gold, or hope Asus updates every now and then.

    Yeah I'm gun shy about installed the asus drivers lol. The drivers that came with my C90s created some weird graphic problems for some of the games. Mainly a weird draw distance with the fog. And it effected every game i had. But ill try the new drivers they have on the site.

    Forerunner....I was big time into UT1, didn't get much into UT2 as HL1 had my undivided attention :D Now I have HL2 and will get Orange Box maybe tomorrow. If you're into Strategy, GalCivII Dark Avatar is awesome....new expansion coming out next month. Hmmm...been eyeing Supreme Commander lately :D Then there's Halo 3 on my son's 360....too many games, too little time :D

    The Orange Box is amazing. 5 amazing games for 50 bucks. You feel like your stealing while you play lol. Team Fortress 2 is probably the best online game I have ever played. Really brings back memories when I used to stay up all night playing quake 2 and Team Fortress Classic mod for hl1 hehe.

    is it demo? my connecttion goes up to 700kb.s on unreal and a slow 100kbs on COD4... i've played on FL90 (sorry asus fans) ... but great games gfx is the bomb

    I have seen some complaints about an over rigorous data check, I think thats what that is, its doing a data level check on your files to make sure they are ok and to prevent hacking/cheating.

    I could have sworn AA was an option, but if its not your best bet its to make a profile for the game in your nvidia control panel and in that profile force AA Directly to the game rather than let it be "application controlled"
