    CPU whine just me?

    So, I have sent my laptop in to ASUS for the 6th/7th time? And the ASUS guy assures me that they have run all the tests and 4 people have failed to hear the CPU whine. etc. etc.

    I'm not sure if you guys are aware of high-15? The high pitched noise that we lose the ability to hear as we get older?

    Is it something like that or am I just crazy..??

    my celeron laptop has whine.

    my llano laptop has whine.

    google says other people's core2duos and core I's have whine.

    you just have to accept it and buy some earplugs

    Or they are simply just lying and/or the guy you spoke to has had no communication with the techs and is making things up!
