What cooler do you use and why? So far I think the Zalman NC2000 lines up well with the vents, but what cooler cools your guys laptops best?

None. The Belkin and Antec coolers I have tried make no difference whatsoever in cooling this beast - and yes, they blow the air from the bottom up.

To clarify, I don't have a overheating problem. It cools itself down pretty good.

I use a Zalman NC2000 on my G51 BB model. I am pretty satisfied with it, no complaints at all.

yea i'm with linuxguy as to the need for a cooler on this beast, it cools itself pretty dam well, though i did purchase a NZXT cryo LX ( i feel like i should return it :/ )
doesnt hurt to have one in anycase.
mind you i have the a1 model so maybe they addressed the heating issues on these models?

In L4D my max temps are 82-84C, all settings at maximum. That's overclocked. Stock clocks would probably see just under 80C.

Really? I run my processor underclocked to 1.163v, with stock Asus underclocks on the GPU. Same L4D settings as yours, yet with a cooler I sometimes break 87C.

Usually I do hover in the 81-84 range though.

I'll double check, but I'm almost positive I'm right on that.

Even if I do hit 87C, that's till low compared to yours since I'm overclocked passed the standard 260M clocks, and that's without a cooler.

God damn, I got lucky as hell with this thing.
