I'm in the market for a new laptop and it looks like the w3v is the one i'll get.

I've read through some of the recent threads about the debacle of the w3v shipment to australia. I was just looking for some advice from folks like Arcanum and raging bull on how you guys went about ordering this model. Did you deal through a local shop here in Perth or did you order direct online from the eastern states?

Are there any shops in Perth that actually have stock of this computer so I can see what it looks like before I go ahead with the purchase?

Thanks to all who take the time to help, it's much appreciated.

    Hi,

I live in Perth, weather is a bit better now. I bought a V6v from Walter at BRIS computers in Qld. Good price (I think). A bit noisier than I would have liked and screen not so great but it's ok. I haven't seen any local dealers.
