I bought an EEE 4G 701 a couple months ago off of newegg until all of a sudden, the OS would not load and instead kept on booting the Intel load screens and starting system screens over and over again. I called Asus and they told me to reformat, which I did but I got the same result. I called them back and they told me they couldn't do anything for me...I am extremely frustrated as that is a load of bollocks. Is it true? Can they do NOTHING for me?

    What BIOS?

And did you set the OS Installation to Finish? Not sure if that'll fix anything in your case but I thought I'd ask.

Try to hold down F9 while booting to do a full system restore.
