First off let me say, I know next to nothing about computers. However, after following a very easy to understand guide about how to tweak windows vista, I came across a suggestion that said turning off the system restore will have dramatic effects on performance. Now, I know that my system already came with recovery disks, but I was wondering if there is a way I can create new recovery disks with all my modifications already in them, so that in the event that my computer has a problem, I won't have to start all over from scratch with the tweaks I made. If not, then its really not a problem, but I would like to have this luxury if at all possible. I have the g51 by the way, if that information is important.

The G51 manual should say how to do this.
