    Can I replace my Asus N56VZ's current LCD screen (1366 x 768) with a screen of higher resolution (1920 x 1080)?

I was just looking at replacement screens for the Asus N56VZ, and saw that screens of higher resolution were offered for the same laptop model. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to replace my current LCD with a newer one of higher resolution?

Yes, you can, see below for eBay sellers that sell FHD (Full HD) LED screens.
