ok I have a asus Notebook N71jq and I have replaces the motherboard twice now because of the dc power jack, I have also replaces the dc power jack 3 times, and solderer it 4 times, Is their any thing that I can do to make the dc power jack work more the a few months? I thought about putting heat shield tape on it But I don't no if that would work. I have read that this is a common Problem with the N71. I hope some one can tell me how to fix the thing for good before I jump off the edge and buy an apple computer.![]()
